Gonchat (the "Service") is a private, ephemeral messaging application operated by DinDon Digital Labs LLC("Gonchat", "we", "us"), available on the web at gonchat.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gonchat. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

You register with an email address and a chosen username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@gonchat.com of any unauthorized use.

Gonchat is designed around privacy and disappearing content: chats and media are intended to expire and self-destruct automatically (for example, after 24 hours or after being viewed). You acknowledge that messages, media and statuses may be deleted automatically and irreversibly, and that Gonchat does not guarantee the storage, backup or recovery of any content.

Gonchat offers an optional paid subscription, "Gonchat Premium", for additional features. Gonchat Premium is currently free during the beta, with no fixed end date. If and when paid billing begins, the price and start date will be announced in advance within the app, with reasonable notice. If you choose to subscribe once billing is active, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Where a purchase is made through a mobile app store, that store's billing terms also apply. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details.

You agree not to use Gonchat to: (a) break any law or infringe anyone's rights; (b) harass, threaten, abuse or harm others; (c) share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that is unlawful, hateful or non-consensual; (d) send spam or malware; (e) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you send. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit it solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share and the people you choose to communicate with.

The Gonchat name, logo, software and design are owned by DinDon Digital Labs LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, nor that content will be preserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinDon Digital Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using Gonchat and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
